The purpose of this article is to think about how Ana Cristina Cesar’s poetics, in Brazilian literature, is situated as a deviant project in relation to the polarization between marginal poetry and the concrete movement, incorporating modern crises created by poets such as Baudelaire and Mallarmé in an authorial way. Therefore, we reflect on how the author indirectly incorporates part of the modern influences that concretism claimed and that the marginal generation put into practice, finding another way out for the crisis of the vanguards and verse that does not even go through its abolition, as the concretists wanted, nor by the contempt of the modern paideuma, through procedures of attack on discourse and meaning.
