Demarcate, rewrlte: ldentity and reslstance, from the perspective of the poetics of the l-we, in Tempo de retomada (2025), by Trudruá Dorrico

Abstract

ln Tempo de retomada (2025), Trudruá Dorrico's voice-poetry reinscribes indigenous identities in the territory of culture, usurped by colonialist formulations. ln this article, from the perspective of the poetics of the l-we, fundamental to the reading ofBrazilian indigenous literature, and also from the postulates of Brazilian indigenous writers and researchers and from the post and decolonial perspective, the issues of identity and resistance are discussed based on three poems from the aforementioned work, highlighting how this writing of the self is also a writing of ancestry, collectivity and belonging, which it retakes, demarcates and rewrites.
